PHYSICAL &
MILITARY STANDARDS
Every recruit must meet strict physical and experiential criteria. These standards are non-negotiable and exist to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the entire battalion.
PHYSICAL READINESS
AGE ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be between 21 and 45 years of age at the time of application. Exceptions reviewed on a case-by-case basis for specialized roles.
FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Must pass a comprehensive physical fitness evaluation including endurance runs, strength tests, and obstacle navigation under load. Minimum standards enforced.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Recent physical examination from a licensed medical practitioner certifying fitness for combat operations. Vision correctable to 20/20, no disqualifying conditions.
MENTAL RESILIENCE
Psychological evaluation to assess stress tolerance, decision-making under pressure, and mental fortitude. Stability in high-adrenaline environments is paramount.
EXPERIENCE STANDARDS
PRIOR SERVICE
Military service record or equivalent tactical training documentation required. Civilian applicants with no prior service must demonstrate exceptional aptitude.
SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
Role-specific certifications such as combat medic, drone operator, or signals specialist must be verifiable through official documentation and practical demonstration.
TACTICAL PROFICIENCY
Demonstrated competence in small-unit tactics, weapons handling, field craft, and communication protocols. Assessment conducted during the interview phase.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
VALID PASSPORT
Government-issued, minimum 6 months validity remaining.
PROOF OF EXPERIENCE
Military service records, certifications, or relevant documentation.
MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Recent physical fitness assessment from a licensed practitioner.
CLEAN BACKGROUND
Criminal record check, no older than 3 months.
